PURPOSE: A vehicle hood switch is provided to form an additional blocking element around an electric switch of a hood switch for avoiding the external interference, thereby precisely sensing the opening of the hood improperly. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle hood switch includes an electric switch(105) of which on/off state is converted by a pressed state, a base plate(103) mounted to a fender apron and having an upward protrusion for surrounding periphery of the electric switch to fix, and a switch protector(113) mounted to a hood inner panel and having a press protrusion to be pressed against the electric switch and a downward protrusion for surrounding the outside of the upward protrusion when a hood(12) is closed, wherein the upward protrusion is formed higher than the electric switch in the unpressed state.
