BAKING MACHINE

PURPOSE: A baking machine is provided to prevent the abrasion of a kneading profile part contacting with a baking material bag during a stroke of kneading, thus enabling a user to permanently use the kneading profile part. CONSTITUTION: The baking machine is comprised of a body defining an oven chamber; a door(3) for the oven chamber; a pair of winding drums(11,12) spaced each other in the oven chamber for gripping both ends of a bag(5) containing a baking material; and a pair of tray members arranged to face each other so as to form a baking material bag passing slit between the both winding drums. The tray members have a kneading profile part(70), and the kneading profile part is made of a certain abrasion-resistant material and formed to be projected inside the slit to be contact with the baking material bag.
