PURPOSE: A structure of installing a driving motor for a retort pouch manufacturing apparatus is provided to allow the retort pouch manufacturing apparatus to be easily manufactured by causing a retort pouch to be installed in a smaller space. CONSTITUTION: The structure of installing a driving motor for a retort pouch manufacturing apparatus includes a couple of rollers(13) for coupling both sides, a couple rollers(14) for coupling upper and lower portion, and a couple of cutting rollers(15) which are positioned between a front fixing plate(11) and a rear fixing plate(12). The rear fixing plate(12) has an inserting hole(12a) which is coupled with a receiving cap(16). A driving gear(18a) is installed at a driving shaft(17a) of a bring motor(17). The driving gear(18a) is engaged with end moving gears(13a,14a) which are respectively installed at the two end gears. The driving shaft(17a) is inserted and combined into and with the receiving cap(16). The driving motor(12) is fixed at the rear plate(12) in a motor housing(21) by the plurality of bosses(19) and the plurality of screws(22).
