PURPOSE: An apparatus for coating a carbon and a silver of a tantalum capacitor is provided to reduce coating and dry processes and reduce a working time by continuously performing a silver dry process. CONSTITUTION: A loading portion(110) grips and transfers an aluminum belt(10) to a hook(103). A tantalum element is attached to the aluminum belt(10). A carbon coating portion(120) coats a carbon on an outer periphery of the tantalum element to form a carbon layer. A carbon tub(121) is installed at a front surface of the loading portion(110). A carbon dry portion(130) hardens the tantalum element in a carbon dry furnace. A preheater(140) preheats the tantalum element in which the carbon is dried. A silver coating portion(150) coats a silver on an outer periphery of the tantalum element to form a silver layer. A silver tub(151) is installed at a front surface of the preheater(140). A conveyer(160) conveys the tantalum element on which the silver layer is formed. A carbon dry portion(130) hardens the tantalum element conveyed by the conveyer(160). |
