PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a bed accessory in such a manner that when not being used, an accessory supporting means is housed on the inside under the bottom, and is exposed on the bottom side at the time of usage. SOLUTION: An end rail 4 is formed into a shape having an L-shape cross section. Then, the end rail 4 is attached to a round bar-shape side frame 6 through an attaching section 7 provided on the bent internal surface 4i of the end rail 4. In this case, the round bar-shape side frame 6 is turnably supported in the longitudinal direction of a main frame 2 through a U-shape receiving member 5 provided on a shorter end surface which directs in the bed width direction of the main frame 2. A fence receiving means 8 is provided on the bent internal surface 4i of the end rail 4. At the time of usage, the end rail 4 is rotated toward the outside in the width direction of the bottom 3, together with the side frame 6. Thus, the fence receiving means 8 in the bent internal side is exposed, and a side fence is made fittable. Then, when not being used, the fence receiving means 8 is housed in a manner to be hidden with the end rail 4 by rotating the end rail 4 inward in the width direction of the bottom 3 for the constitution.
