<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine properties description sheet for preventing a patient from wrongly handling the description sheet and the corresponding medicine dispensed to the patient. SOLUTION: The medicine properties description sheet consists of a blank 2 for the description of properties of a medicine dispensed to a patient and a printed paper sheet 1 with an integrally formed pocket P to put the corresponding medicine in. The description of properties of the medicine is entered in the blank, the corresponding medicine M is put in the pocket P, and the medicine properties description sheet with the medicine M integrated with the sheet is given to a patient. Therefore, since the medicine itself and the corresponding description of properties of the medicine are always integrated as long as the medicine is not broken, and the relation between the medicine and the description of properties is obvious to everyone, the patient receiving the sheet never handles the medicine and the corresponding description of properties of the medicine wrongly.</p> |
