PURPOSE: A core for removing sludge and a fan brush to wash inside of a pipe are connected and rotated in an end portion of a body to wash inside of a pipe easily and efficiently. CONSTITUTION: A cleaning device of a pipe comprises a fixing body(4) connecting hose(6) with a ripple(5). A thrusting nozzle(10) is provided in outer side of a body(2) forming an inclined surface(9). A rotation nozzle(12) is installed in the body to inject water or air pressure to have thrust or rotation force. A rotation cleaning portion(3) comprises a fan brush(20) and a sludge removing core(27) in outer side of a fixing shaft(8). The fan brush and the sludge removing core are connected by a coupling(26). The sludge removing core, the fan brush and the coupling are rotated by water or air pressure from the rotation nozzle.
