PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for reel leg fixation, with which in mounting a reel, a rise and fall operation of a securing lever can be smoothly carried out, a reel leg can be surely fixed and the apparatus functions stably for a long period of time. SOLUTION: This apparatus for reel leg fixation has a movable hood 7, a seizing spring 20 provided with a pawl part 22 to be latched to a latching uneven part 3b of a sheet main body 3, the securing lever 15 rotatably held on a supporting part 12 attached to the movable hood 7 and a cam part 17 mounted on the securing lever 15 and equipped with a first cam 19a which is slid on the surface of the seizing spring 20, presses the seizing spring and connects the pawl part 22 to the latching uneven part 3b and a second cam 19b which is slid to a wall part 12b of a supporting part 12 and slides the seizing spring 20. The second cam 19b is formed into a curved surface and the first cam 19a is formed into a curved surface smaller than that of the second cam 19b or a cross-sectional square shape having a plane part.
