PURPOSE: A copper plate for surface welding is provided to reduce exchange cost during generation of defects by assembling the copper plate with a base plate so that only the copper plate is exchanged when deformation is formed due to the repeated operation. CONSTITUTION: The copper plate for surface welding comprises a base plate(62) on which a plurality of holes are formed; a copper block(64) which is removably installed in a hole of the base plate(62) to perform welding operation; and a bush(66) which is installed between the copper block(64) and the inner wall of the hole to suppress the copper block(64) from being separated from the base plate(62), wherein the copper plate for surface welding further comprises a catching part(64a) which is formed at one side of the side surface of the copper block(64) and caught by the bush(66), and an elastic member(68) which is inserted between the copper block(64) and the bush(66) so that the copper block(64) is separated from a target to be welded between the bush(66) and the catching part(64a), and wherein the bush(66) is made of an insulating material so that power supply impressed to the copper block(64) is prevented from being shafted to the base plate(62).
