PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas supplying device for respiration allowing an operator to safely exchange a gas cylinder without misoperation and with reduced number of times of operation. SOLUTION: This gas supplying device for respiration is equipped with the gas cylinder 1 for supplying gas for respiration and a flow rate setting device 2, and supplies gas to a cannula 3 of a user. The gas cylinder 1 and the flow rate setting device 2 are stored in a casing equipped with a door, which can be opened and closed to a predetermined definite direction. When exchanging the gas cylinder, the door loaded with the gas cylinder is opened and a gas cylinder exchange connecting joint 7 is separated. Thus, the used gas cylinder 1 loaded on the opened door can be removed. After loading the gas cylinder filled with the gas on the door and closing the door, the gas cylinder exchange connecting joint 7 is connected to be used.
