PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing an apparatus for reel leg fixation from loosening, with which a spring member can be smoothly operated. SOLUTION: The apparatus for reel leg fixation in which at least one of a pair of hoods is a moving hood part movable in the longitudinal direction by the rotation of a nut member 18 is equipped with a main body part 12 to be fixed to a rod 10 and a metal spring member 22 arranged in the inside space of the nut member, the inside of the nut member has an uneven connection part 18K. The spring number has a connection part 22T' at the spring side connectable to and detachable from the uneven connection part and relatively slidably held on the main body part or a retention member 20 being another member whose rotation relatively to the main body is restricted. A contact surface part at least one side of the spring member and the retention member is provided with a Teflon (R) member or a solid or greasy lubricant mixed with fine particles harder than a parent material.
