PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to perform structure test by changing the load in the tension direction, which is larger than the adhesion force of the loading pad, into the compression direction of the opposite side. CONSTITUTION: A connection bolt of a link connected to a load lever(9) is connected to an upper screw hole(1') of an inverse C-shaped load converting table(1), to thereby connect the tension load of the load lever to the load converting table through the link. Thus, the load transmitted to the load converting table is converted into a compression load through a lower pickup(5) arranged in the lower portion of the load converting table, and the compression load is added to a test object interposed between an upper loading pad(2) and a lower loading pad(3).
