PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope which is improved in insulation reliability and appearance concerning an external fluid flowing pipe projecting from a gripping operation part and the external fluid flowing pipe of which is maintained easily. SOLUTION: In the endoscope provided with the gripping operation part having an internal fluid pipeline and an external fluid flowing pipe communicated with the internal fluid pipeline of this gripping operation part and which projects from the gripping operation part and has the connection part of a soft tube at its tip part, the external fluid flowing pipe is formed of an insulation material separately from the gripping operation part and the internal fluid pipeline, and an attaching and detaching part which can be attached to and detached from the internal fluid pipeline on the side of the gripping operation part is provided at an end on a side opposite to the soft tube connection part of the external fluid flowing pipe.
