PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized massage bar to be easily carried and used for multipurpose. SOLUTION: In the massage bar 1, a number of projections in various shapes are formed on the peripheral surface of a main body 5 consisting of a main body part 2 of a regular diameter with a spherical surface at one end, a tapered part 3 continued from one end of the main body part 2, and a grip part 4 projecting from the end of the tapered part 3. The massage bar 1 is integrally formed of a natural rubber or synthetic rubber.
