PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent mixing of foreign matters caused by an abuse by a user and to surely prevent a fault caused by mixing of the foreign matters. SOLUTION: A water level detection means for detecting a water level within an inner container 5 is provided and mixing of the foreign matters into the container 5 is detected by the water level detected by the water level detection means and the rising inclination of a temperature detected by a temperature detection means in heating by a heating means. The water level detection means is an ultrasonic sensor 9. Furthermore, a hot water feeding pump 8 for discharging water within the container 5 to the side of the pouring port 13 of an external body 4 is provided and a switch for operating the pump 8 is provided. A control means makes the operation of the pump 8 impossible when detecting mixing of the foreign matters into the container 5.
