PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device of deodorization and sterilization using ozone sufficiently demonstrating the deodorization and sterilization performance with ozone by spraying ozone air comprising ozone mixed with pressurized air directly from a nozzle to an object and sufficiently bringing the ozone air into contact with the object. SOLUTION: In the method of deodorization and sterilization, ozone and pressurized air are mixed to be ozone air, which is directly sprayed to the object through the nozzle to deodorize and sterilize the object. The device for deodorization and sterilization comprises an ozone generator 2 connected to an oxygen feeder part 20 for generating ozone with fed oxygen, a dehumidifier 3 for receiving pressurized air and dehumidifying the pressurized air, a mixing part 55 for receiving the dehumidified air and mixing the air with the ozone air, and a nozzle part 52 for injecting the ozone air in the mixing part 55.
