PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a software program to be performed outside ultrasonic image equipment. SOLUTION: The software program (20) is performed at the outer part of the ultrasonic image equipment (24). The software program (20) inputs a user control value concerning the equipment (24) and calculates a parameter based on the inputted user control value. The parameter is transferred to the ultrasonic image equipment (24) and stored. The equipment (24) comprises a machine (28) which is controlled by the stored parameter and is defined in terms of the parameter in order to generate an ultrasonic image.
