PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computed tomography photographing system for adequately observing the insertion state of a needle or a catheter, or the like, to a subject. SOLUTION: A re-constituting part 32 is provided with a sagittal re-constituting part 32b for re-constituting a sagittal image. Then tomographic images viewed from at least two different directions are displayed on the same screen in real-time.
