PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple-structured, inexpensive bathing assisting device to be attached to/detached from a bathtub very easily and maintained easily. SOLUTION: The bathing assisting device consists of a seat part 2, a bellows bag part 3 with a such size as to be stored in a bathtub B, expansible in the upper direction with supplied service water, leg parts 4, 4, 4, 4 comprising suckers disposed at four corners on the bottom of the bellows bag part 3, a water supply/drain device 5 disposed in the bellows bag part 3, a guide roller 6 mounted on the back of the bellows bag part 3, and a support part 8 with guide rails 7, 7 with which the guide roller 6 is engaged so that the roller can be rolled upward/downward.
