PURPOSE: A rotation of a piston ring is prevented by superposing end gap of piston ring, thereby preventing leakage of combustion gas. CONSTITUTION: A protrusion member is formed in piston ring groove(1) of a piston(104). A spring is installed in groove lower face(1-2) and groove upper face(1-1) of the piston ring(100), and a locker cup(5) surrounds end part of the spring(3). A locker groove(9) is formed in the piston ring to prevent rotation of the piston ring. As the locker cup and the locker groove are fixed by each other, the rotation of the piston ring is prevented.
