PURPOSE: A safety device is provided to break before a fuel system is damaged by an excessive pressure in the fuel system, thereby preventing repair cost. CONSTITUTION: A steam separator(2) and a pressure sensor(3) are connected to a fuel tank(1) through a pipe. A canister(4) is connected to the steam separator, and a canister close valve(5) is connected to the canister operating by a control signal. A surge tank(6) and a fuzzy control valve(7) are connected. A double structure safety pipe(8) is installed in the connecting pipe between the canister and the canister close valve. The inner pipe of the double structure safety pipe breaks in a critical pressure.
