PURPOSE: A multi-level hologram diffuser and a method of fabricating the hologram diffuser are provided to prevent the shape of the hologram diffuser from being warped. CONSTITUTION: A photoresist film coated on the first glass plate is exposed and developed to form a negative plate having protrusions and recesses. A metal master having protrusions and recesses opposite to the protrusions and recesses of the negative plate is formed on the negative plate. A nickel master having the same protrusions and recesses as those of the negative plate is formed on the metal master. A nickel stamper having protrusions and recesses opposite to the protrusions and recesses of the negative plate is formed on the nickel master. A UV resin(21) is coated on the second glass plate, heated at a temperature higher than glass transition temperature, and stamped with the nickel stamper. UV rays are irradiated on the UV resin to harden the UV resin. Another UV resin(26) is coated on the hardened UV resin, flattened and hardened.
