PURPOSE: A device for processing an interrupt is provided to process without loss, and to fairly and temporally process every device chip by storing interrupt sources in a CPU having a plurality of interrupt process device chips to be processed according to an identical priority in interrupt generation order using a FIFO. CONSTITUTION: An ID(identifier) encoder(22) receives an interrupt request signal from each device chip, classifies interrupt sources, and outputs the interrupt request signal according to a response signal with a chip identification ID. A FIFO(First In First Out)(23) stores and outputs the chip identification ID and the interrupt request signal being applied from the ID encoder(22) successively. A CPU(24) reads the chip identification ID and the interrupt request signal from the FIFO(23), identifies a device chip to be interrupt-processed, performs an interrupt process of the chip, and applies a response signal to a modem chip(21-1) and the ID encoder(22).
