PURPOSE: An oil level gauge is provided to easily take out or put in the oil level gauge, thereby improving operability and convenience. CONSTITUTION: An oil level gauge comprises a checking needle portion(11), a connecting rod(12) connected to the checking needle portion, a wire portion(14) connected to the end of the connecting rod. A middle pipe portion(15) is connected to the wire portion to move the wire portion freely, and closes guide pipe. A packing portion(17) is formed at the end of wire portion to close end part of the middle pipe portion.
