PURPOSE: A jig for testing engine mounting insulator is provided to lengthen useful life of the actuator, while reducing size and weight of the jig and parts count and processes. CONSTITUTION: A jig comprises a base(1); a pair of supports(2a,2b) arranged onto the base in such a manner that the supports are opposed each other; a fixed bracket(3) attached one of the supports; an insulator(4) screw-assembled to an end of a pipe(5) and arranged in a horizontal direction to the fixed bracket; an actuator(8) for pressing, in a vertical direction, a coupling member arranged along the outer periphery of the pipe; a roller(6) arranged to roll, in a vertical direction, along the vertical inner surface of the other of the two supports; a compression bolt(61) attached to the roller, protruded in a horizontal direction, and inserted into the other end of the pipe; and an adjustment nut(63) screw-assembled to the compression bolt, and which adjusts the amount of compression by pressing the other end of the pipe.
