PURPOSE: A device for measuring data of an axle and a wheel of a railway vehicle is provided to prevent a friction caused by a conventional brush, decrease an installation cost, and obtain accurate data by supplying a power source to a sensor through a generator unit using a rotatory force of an axle and making a sensing value sensed by a sensor be transmitted to a wireless transmitter, thereby removing an electric wire connection for a power supply and a data transmission. CONSTITUTION: A generator unit(2) made by a magnetic body is installed as a shape for winding a coil(21) on fixed to a vehicle body with the coil(21) which is wound on an axle for generating an electromotive force. A voltage regulator(3) receives a power source being generated from the generator unit(2) and converts the power source into a constant voltage and is fixed by the axle for supplying the constant voltage as a driving power source of sensor(130) of a sensing unit(4). A wireless transmitter(5) is fixed at one end of the axle for transmitting information sensed in the sensor(130) to a wireless receiver(6) mounted in the vehicle body.
