PURPOSE: Provided is a process for coating a mirror of vehicles having a function for preventing dew from forming, which can increase hydrophilic ability without the coating of a silica-barrier layer. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises the steps of: mixing a polymerizable titanium sol having pH of less than 2 with 25-50mol%(based on the total composition) of acidic colloidal silica having a particle size of less than 10nm; dropping the mixed sol on a glass state substrate laid on a spin coater and then rotating until the dropped sol is dried perfectly; heat-treating the coated glass at 500-570deg.C for 10-100 minutes; and coating aluminum or chromium on the opposite side of the heat-treated glass.
