PURPOSE: A wiper driving circuit of a vehicle is provided to prevent the damage on a contact point of a relay by removing the chattering of the relay via a surge absorbing circuit and to avoid the disconnection of a fuse for a wiper. CONSTITUTION: A wiper driving circuit of a vehicle includes an intermittent and low-speed relay(10), a high-speed relay(20), a wiper drive motor(30), an automatic stop switch(40), an ETACS(Electronic Time Alarm Control System)(50), a first surge absorbing circuit(60), and a second surge absorbing circuit(70). The first surge absorbing circuit includes a forward diode(D1) and a capacitor(C1) connected parallel to the diode. The second surge absorbing circuit includes a reverse diode(D2) and a capacitor(C2) connected parallel to the diode. The chattering of the relay is prevented by the first and second surge absorbing circuits.
