PURPOSE: Fixing structure of a transmission is provided to improve the traveling experience by preventing the diffusion of vibration and noise via a transmission integrally fixed on a crank bearing, to improve the combining stiffness of the transmission, and to reduce the weight of a vehicle by excluding a separate bracket. CONSTITUTION: A fixing unit(15) connected to a round flange surface(12) of a transmission(11) via a connecting unit(13) is formed integral with a crank cap(17) for supporting a crank shaft. The shape of the fixing unit is the same as the flange surface of the transmission. Herein, the transmission of vibration and noise is simplified. Therefore, the diffusion of vibration and noise is avoided.
