PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing cleaning defects of the tar receiving plate is provided to prevent environmental pollution and secure operation safety by preventing gas leak due to oven door cohesion defect according to cleaning defects of an oven tar receiving plate. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for preventing cleaning defects of a tar receiving plate comprises fixed bases(12) which are fixed onto the upper surface of a tar receiving cleaner(20) at both sides of the tar receiving cleaner(20); scraper connection shafts(11) which are inserted into the fixed bases(12) so that the scraper connection shafts absorb shocks; a fixing lever(16) by which the fixed bases(12) are connected to each other; and scraper fixing levers(10a,10b) which are fixed to both ends of the upper surface of a scraper guide plate(10) and movably fixed to both ends of the fixing level(16), wherein the scraper connection shafts(11) are connected to the upper side of one surface of the scraper guide plate(10) in such a manner that angles of the scraper connection shafts(11) are controlled, and the scraper guide plate(10) is clamped to the body of a pressing cylinder(2) connected to the tar receiving cleaner(20) by the fixing lever(16) and a band(7), wherein the apparatus further comprises a limit switch(15) which is installed on the tar receiving cleaner(20) at the rear side of the fixed bases(12), and a connection shaft touch bar(13) which can be touched with the limit switch(15) and is equipped at the rear of the scraper connection shafts(11) inserted into the fixed bases(12) so that operation of a jumbo cleaner is stopped when a scraper(9) receives excessive impact. |
