PURPOSE: An earphone-microphone device capable of controlling call volume of a mobile communication terminal is provided to control remotely the call volume of transmission/reception of the mobile communication terminal through an earphone-microphone set. CONSTITUTION: A volume ascending device(10) regulates the rising of the volume. A volume descending device(20) regulates the descending of the volume. A transmission/reception sound selection device(30) selects whether the sound for regulating the volume is a transmission or reception sound. A connection device(40) is connected to the mobile communication terminal in order to input the transmission/reception sound selection signal(Vol_Sel) and volume regulation signals(Vol_Cont2, Vol_Cont3) output from the transmission/reception sound selection device(30) and volume up/down devices(10,20).
