PURPOSE: A system of coding/decoding digital data using a voice recognition function is provided to code a contents file by using a coding key for user's voice information, and to decode the coded voice information, thereby preventing an infringement of CONSTITUTION: An Internet site recognizes a voice registered by a user, and has a program for coding digital contents by using the recognized voice. A digital instrument receives the coded digital contents and reproduces the received data by the user's voice. The Internet site requests an inputting of the user's voice information again, when the user requests a contents transmission to enhance security. The Internet site authenticates the received voice information same as pre-registered voice information, and starts to transmit the contents. The Internet site inputs additional voice information for a music file from the user, and adds the additional voice information to the music file, then transmits the added music file.
