PURPOSE: A duplicated RP(Radio Port) operation system in a WLL(Wireless Local Loop) and a method thereby are provided to minimize data loss due to a fault on the network in communication between a WLL RPC(Radio Port Controller) and a WLL RPOM(Radio Port Operation and Maintenance center) by duplicating and managing the IP address between the RPC and the RPOM. CONSTITUTION: A duplicated RP operation system in a WLL is comprised of an RPOM(10), the first hub(20), the second hub(30), and an RPC(40). The RPOM(10) executes the operation and maintenance of RPs through the RPC(40). The first hub(20) and the second hub(30) make the RPOM(10) and the RPC(40) mutually communicate through two IP addresses. The RPC(40) transmits and receives data with the RPOM(10) through the first hub(20) and the second hub(30).
