PURPOSE: A device for storing/reproducing a digital broadcasting is provided to use a magnetic tape to store and reproduce an analog-type signal, thereby recording and reproducing a DTV image without deterioration of picture quality. CONSTITUTION: A demodulator(110) demodulates a broadcasting signal received from a tuner(100). A multiplexer(120) selects one of an output signal of the demodulator and an output signal of a recording module interface. A VSB(Vestigial Side Band) decoder(130) outputs a broadcasting signal. A TS(Transport Stream) decoder(140) extracts a TS stream from the broadcasting signal outputted from the VSB decoder. A magnetic tape recording module(190) records the broadcasting signal. A controller(180) controls the magnetic tape recording module.
