摘要 PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of fried laver by using glutinous rice paste, thereby producing high quality fried laver having a crispy taste and excellent appearance. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of fried laver is characterized by the steps of: preparing glutinous rice paste; spreading the paste on the surface of laver and followed by covering with another one and drying at 40-60 deg.C for 2-3 hours; cutting the laver into an appropriate size and drying the cut pieces thereof at 40-60 deg.C for 20-50 minutes; and frying them at 170-180 deg.C for 3-5 minutes and packing them.
