PURPOSE: A method for controlling exhaust gas is provided to control fuel supply by engine rpm and engine load in operation of acceleration pedal while driving or stopping. CONSTITUTION: A method for exhaust gas control comprises a step of calculating engine load by receiving an acceleration pedal opening degree and engine rpm. A first fuel supply is decided by the calculated engine load. A second fuel supply is decided by receiving car speed. If the car speed is over a set car speed, a second fuel supply in a memory map is set to control fuel supply. If the received car speed is the same with the set car speed, the first fuel supply in the memory map is set to control fuel supply.
