PURPOSE: A precharge circuit is provided to reduce power consumption by using a control signal. CONSTITUTION: A control signal generation portion(300) has a NOR gate(31) for receiving an IDLE signal as a command signal, a power down signal(PWDN) and outputting a control signal(32) and an inverter(33) for receiving the control signal(32) and outputting an inverted signal. The first voltage divider(400) is formed with the first PMOS transistor(PM1), the first NMOS transistor(NM1), the second PMOS transistor(PM2), and the second NMOS transistor(NM2). The second voltage divider(500) is formed with the third NMOS transistor(NM3) and the third PMOS transistor(PM3). A voltage output terminal(34) is connected between the third NMOS transistor(NM3) and the third PMOS transistor(PM3).
