PAINT COMPOSITION FOR COATING PLASTIC MATERIAL

PURPOSE: Provided is a paint composition for coating a plastic material, which forms a bottom coat of painted film, and which satisfies an adhesion of material and interlayer adhesion with top coat. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises (a) 10-30 wt% of vinyl chloride copolymer resin which is substituted with carboxyl group or hydroxyl group and has number average molecular weight of 10,000-20,000; (b) 10-50 wt% of acrylic copolymer resin solution(solids of 40-50%) having number average molecular weight of 15,000-35,000; (c) 1-5 wt% of liquefied epoxy resin; (d) 1-10 wt% of wax based additives; and (e) 10-60 wt% of solvent. The glass transition temperatures of (a) vinyl chloride copolymer resin and (b) acrylic copolymer resin are 30-80 deg.C and 60-105 deg.C respectively.
