CONSTITUTION: A server 1 sends information on an undertaking field, a production department, a process, a device classification, a device name, and a machine number (S34) and a non-operation state registration picture is displayed on the screen of a terminal 2 and a device whose record is left is selected and a keyword is requested of a server 1 (S35) and received from the server 1 (S36). After the keyword is selected, contents are written and then an information registration request is sent to the server 1 (S37), so that the keyword and contents are registered in a database 13 on the server 1 (S38).
