PURPOSE: Shock absorbing structure of a grip handle of a vehicle is provided to prevent the application of a shock to the wrist and shoulder of an occupant holding a grip handle by absorbing the shock applied on the grip handle. CONSTITUTION: A grip handle(20) consists of a main grip(21) protruded onto the outer portion of a door panel(1) adjacent to a passenger's seat and fixed on the door panel and a sub-grip(22) slidably installed in the main grip. A first shock absorbing unit is interposed between the main grip and the sub-grip to firstly damp the shock applied to the hand of an occupant in the collision of a vehicle. A second shock absorbing unit(40) is interposed between both ends of the main grip and the door panel to secondly damp the shock.
