ROTARY TYPE SCREEN APPARATUS OF DULL MACHINE

PURPOSE: A rotary type screen apparatus of a dull machine is provided to improve quality of cold rolled products and reduce cost by preventing damage of screens due to grits collectively supplied to the central part of the screens and uniformly processing roughness of the surface of a cold rolled roll. CONSTITUTION: The rotary type screen apparatus of a dull machine comprises a grit sorting part sorting grits per particle sizes of the grits; and a vibration generation part which is installed at the lower part of the grit sorting part to improve grit sorting capability of screens through vertical vibration of the screens, wherein the grit sorting part comprises improving screens(200) in which distribution plates having a certain inclined angle are installed, and at the lower part of which moving plates are installed; front and rear surface fixing plates connected to both sides of the improving screens(200); a worm gear(210) installed at the front surface fixing plate; an inlet pipe(207) flange connected to the worm gear(210); a fixed plate rotationally installed in the rear surface fixing plate; a fixed shaft connected to the fixed plate; an outlet pipe(206) connected to the lower part of the fixed plate; a cap assembled into the rear surface fixing plate; and a connection and lower pipe through which the grits are transferred, and the vibration generation part comprises a support(300) equipped with a plurality of flanges; a shaft bearing connected to the central part of the support(300); a vibration generation plate the center of gravity of which is eccentrically processed, and which is installed at the lower part of the shaft; a pulley assembled into the end part of the shaft; buffer springs fixed to both sides of the support; a belt(309) connected to the pulley; and a driving motor(403) rotating the belt(309).
