PURPOSE: A rear suspension of a vehicle is provided to efficiently use the interior space of a vehicle by placing a rear seat freely, and to improve the traveling experience by continuously absorbing shocks. CONSTITUTION: A rear suspension of a vehicle includes an upper arm(20) installed on the upper portion of a wheel center(11) and a lower arm(30) installed on the lower portion of the wheel center. Two installation points(21,22,31,32) are formed on both ends of respective arms. The arms are fixed on the wheel via the installation points. The upper arm is horizontal to the lower arm. Both arms are upward inclined. The pitching center is limitless, and is placed in the wheel center. When a tire rides over a protrusion, the movement trajectory of the wheel center is moved backward. The wheel center is changed continuously. Therefore, the suspension absorbs shocks.
