PURPOSE: A dual link rear suspension having rolling restraint function is provided to restrain the occurrence of rolling by restricting the phase difference between left wheels and right wheels in the cornering of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An outer case(3) is formed at a side of a rod(5) of which other side is inserted to the outer case. The rod forms a pair with a rear suspension link(1) in the connecting part of the rear suspension link and a rear cross member. The outer case and the rod are extended by passing through the hinge part of the rear suspension link and the rear cross member. In the cornering of a vehicle, a repulsive force is generated by the outer case and the rod rotating in the directions opposite to each other. With the repulsive force, the phase difference between two wheels is restricted. Therefore, the rolling of the vehicle is restrained.
