摘要 PURPOSE: A variable control system of a line pressure of an automatic transmission is provided to optimize the energy transmitting efficiency of an automatic transmission by minimizing the energy loss of an oil pump, to reduce the weight of the automatic transmission by optimally designing the oil pump, and to reduce the deflection in the quality and the length of a valve by compacting the structure of a regulator valve. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic supply line(21) is connected to an oil pump(20). A regulator valve(22) is connected to the hydraulic line via a supply port. A drain port(22b) is formed near the supply port. A discharge port(22c) of the regulator valve is connected to a torque converter control valve. A control port(22d) is connected with a discharge port of a proportional control solenoid valve(24). Two control ports(22f,22g) for applying pressure to a valve spool(22e) are formed opposite to the control port. The valve spool has a first land(22ea), a second land(22eb), and a third land(22ec). A portion of the hydraulic pressure supplied to the supply port is drained to the drain port depending on the balance of the force applied to the valve spool.
