PURPOSE: A structure of a lower heater in a microwave oven is provided to improve the thermal efficiency of the lower heater, and to reduce cost by simplifying the structure of the lower heater. CONSTITUTION: A lower heater generates light wave and is not overheated by self-property. A reflection plate(50) reflects the light wave in a cavity(20) and is coupled to the cavity(20). A plurality of mesh holes(40) is formed on one side of the cavity(20) corresponding to the reflection plate(50), and prevents the drain of microwave and transfers the heat of the lower heater.
