PURPOSE: An apparatus for checking degreasing on the surface of a steel sheet is provided to improve workability and prevent safety accidents of workers in advance by easily checking degreasing conditions on the surface of the steel sheet being proceeded. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for checking degreasing on the surface of a steel sheet comprises a plurality of degreasing removal parts which are horizontally rested; a body pipe part moving shaft(20) supporting the degreasing removal parts; a body pipe part support shaft(30) installed on the upper part of the body pipe part moving shaft(20); and a body pipe moving shaft support shaft which is installed between the body pipe part moving shaft(20) and the body pipe part support shaft(30), wherein the degreasing removal parts comprises a body pipe part(15) in which a degreasing paper body part is installed, a guide member mounted onto the inner surface of the body pipe part(15), body side surface parts connected to both side parts of the body pipe part(15), a case part(17) connected to the upper part of the body pipe part(15), and a recorder connected to the upper part of the case part(17), and the body pipe part support shaft(30) comprises a lower base which is vertically installed, a safety auxiliary stand moving part installed on the inner side of the lower base, safety auxiliary stand support shaft connected to both sides of the safety auxiliary stand moving part, and a footstool part connected to the lower part of the safety auxiliary stand support shaft.
