PURPOSE: A system for burning flying gases in door of coke oven is provided to suppress air pollution by separating and collecting noxious gases dispersed or exhausted into the air so that the collected noxious gases are completely burned in the combustion chamber of the coke oven before being released into the air. CONSTITUTION: The system for burning flying gases in door of coke oven comprises a collection means which is equipped with a plurality of dust collection hoods(30), venturi pipe hood lines(31), cutout open-and-shut electric powered valves(32) and automatic hood part gas sensing sensors(33), wherein the dust collection hoods(30) are positioned at the upper side of left and right single doors(12-1,12-2) of carbonization chambers of a coke coven; a control unit means in which a collection line(35) is connected to the side of an end platform(36) of oven structure, the inlet part of the collection line(35) is connected to venturi scrubbers(40,40-1 to 40-6), and at one side part of which a blower(50) and a rotation adjusting inverter control motor(60) are equipped; an oven door noxious gas incineration means in which a discharge transfer line(50-1) and a gas gathering pipe(70) are connected to the outlet side of the blower(50) so that they are gathered to a gathering pipe, a combustion branch pipe(70-1) separated from the gathering pipe and connected to combustion chamber upper layer part holes(80-1,80-2) is equipped at one side of the gathering pipe, electric powered control valves(70-2,70-3), a combustion chamber(80) and combustion sensing differential pressure sensors(70-4,70-5) are equipped on each of separated branch pipes; and a control means equipped with an automatic control panel(90) for controlling operation of units contained in each of the above means. |
