PURPOSE: A heat conductive resin and manufacturing method and system thereof are provided to endow a resin with a heat conduction property by forming any heat conductive metal material and far-infrared rays emitting material, and to achieve an environment friendly heat conductive resin. CONSTITUTION: The system for manufacturing the heat conductive resin consists of a supply part(10) for supplying a resin material(41) located at the upper side and the lower side, and a heat conductive metal material(42) located between the resin materials; a compression part(20) for heating and compressing the resin material supplied from the supply part so that the heat conductive metal material is buried in the resin material and at the same time the upper side and lower side resin materials are integrated; and a finishing part(30) for cutting and molding the resin material containing the heat conductive metal material.
