摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of regenerative thermal magnetite bricks emitting far infrared ray and anions efficiently at low temperature by using fine charcoal is provided. The resultant bricks used for electric hot blower and electric floor heater(ondol) show air purification, deodorization and humidity control. CONSTITUTION: The bricks are manufactured by the following steps of: thermal treating steel shells(Fe content<=67%) generated from steelmaking industry at 300-450deg.C for 12hrs. or more to form Fe2O3; thermal treating hematite and magnetite at 250-400deg.C for 10hrs.; grinding the above materials to more than 3mm(30%), 1mm(35%), and 0.088mm(35%) in size; mixing 7-10wt.% of fine charcoal(<=170mesh), 20-40wt.% of hematite, 10-20wt.% of magnetite, 39-59wt.% of steel shells, 5-10wt.% of clay(200mesh), and 5-10wt.% of sodium silicate over 15min.; pressing and drying at 50-80deg.C over 10hrs.; and sintering at 250-350deg.C over 40hrs.</p>
