PURPOSE: A small loan service method and its computer readable media is provided to receive documents and personal data, needed for a loan judgement, in advance from an authority institute so that it can rapidly judge a proper qualification of a loan applicant and reduce a risk of a financing institute. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of enabling a customer service computer to access a small loan service site, to input basic data and image data of a loan applicant and to select a financing institute(S2), transmitting an acceptance confirmation screen to the customer service computer if the customer service computer completing the data input or registration(S4), transmitting the basic personal data and the image data to a computer of a loan qualification judging company, and receiving a loan qualification judging result from the computer of the loan qualification judging company(S6), transmitting the basic personal data and the image data of the loan applicant to a computer of the selected financing institute, and receiving a possibility of a loan from the computer of the financing institute(S8), and transmitting the possibility of a loan to the customer service computer(S10).
